What needs to be known?
Capacity and efficiency may change when air and water temperature changes. Comparison based solely on peak COP is misleading. Data under the same condition should be examined.
Check when making decisions
- Match test conditions
- Check out cold weather capacity
- Specify target temperature
Read consumption via system
The operating times of heating, water circulation and auxiliary equipment should be measured separately. A single monthly bill; It can be misleading when weather conditions, usage intensity and temperature target change. For energy comparison, it is necessary to keep the water and air temperature and operating hours in the same record.
Define comfort goal
Just increasing device power does not provide better results in all conditions. Cover usage, pipe losses, air flow, and control program should also be evaluated. Instead of assuming a savings rate is fixed for all pools, compare values calculated under project conditions and measured in use.
