Get to know the current system first
The label on the filter, valve connections and pressure gauge information are valuable for a start. Do not assume that the problem always lies with the filter housing. Filling material, backwashing process, pump operating conditions and water circulation should be evaluated together.
What information to compare in the catalogue?
- Filter type, body diameter and operating flow rate specified by the manufacturer
- Permissible working pressure and temperature conditions
- Connection size and whether the valve is included in the product scope
- Type and amount of filling material
- Maintenance space for installation location, cover opening and filler replacement
Big filter doesn't solve every problem
The capacity of the selected filter must be compatible with the pump and piping system. The operating conditions required for backwashing are also checked. Replacing the filter alone does not eliminate other causes such as incorrect valve adjustment or restriction in the pipeline.
What you can prepare for the offer
Share filter and pump labels, a general photo of the engine room, and when the symptom occurred. Add maintenance records if any. Opening the pressure body or changing the electrical connection is not under user control; These operations must be carried out using the appropriate service procedure.
