What needs to be known?
Pressure change may be related to fouling, valve or flow. Not every rise requires the same intervention. The manufacturer's operating interval and maintenance threshold are monitored.
Check when making decisions
- Save the initial value
- Check valves
- Verify maintenance threshold
Measurement and observation together
The appearance of the water alone is not enough to make a maintenance decision. Measurement records, filter pressure, water level and equipment operating behavior should be evaluated together. Records kept at the same time and under similar usage conditions make it easier to see when the change began.
Separate routine from intervention
User actions such as basket cleaning and visual inspection are not the same as opening the pressure equipment or intervening in the electrical connection. Follow the limits in the device's user manual. In case of a recurring problem, transfer measurements and symptoms to technical service; Replacing parts before the cause is determined may not permanently solve the problem.
