Function of the nozzle
The points at which and how the purified water returns to the pool are part of the circulation system. Floor and wall feeding require different layout decisions. Changing the aperture of a nozzle can also affect the flow of other outlets connected to the same line, so adjustment cannot be made by looking only at the visible water movement.
Combination with coating
Suitable fittings for reinforced concrete, liner and other body types may differ. Flange, gasket, body transition and final coating level must be defined from the beginning. Installing a larger hood later does not mean that the underlying body and insulation detail are compatible.
Compare during selection
- Type of body and coating for which the nozzle is designed
- Connection diameter and operating conditions allowed by the model
- Number and circuit distribution in the layout plan
- Access to head and fittings during maintenance
Commissioning record
The final settings and circuits are checked on delivery to match the definitions in the project. If there is a problem in water distribution, the pump, filter, lines and outlets are examined together; Placing all responsibility on the direction of a single nozzle makes accurate assessment difficult.
