Production and result are not the same information
Seeing a production percentage on the device screen does not alone indicate that the disinfectant level in the pool is appropriate. Water volume, usage intensity, weather conditions and operating time can affect the result. Besides disinfection, other measurements of water also remain in the maintenance plan.
What changes in maintenance?
The system produces chlorine from salt water; Therefore, a salty pool does not mean a chlorine-free pool. Salt level and cell status are monitored according to the model's user manual. Warnings for operation outside the manufacturer's permitted temperature, flow and salinity conditions should not be ignored.
Keep it in your tracking file
- Device model, cell model and current operating program
- Water measurement records taken with the same method
- Warning code, the time it was seen and the operating status of the pump at that time
- Maintenance history of the cell in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
Do not increase the setting randomly
When a measurement problem occurs, the accuracy of the measurement and the operating conditions of the system are evaluated together, instead of just increasing the production percentage. The product label and device instructions must be followed for chemical application and cell cleaning.
