What needs to be known?
The size of the product and the width of the garden entrance are not the same thing. Turns, trees, overhead lines and crane installation area should be evaluated. Changing the layout at the last minute affects the foundation and connections.
Check when making decisions
- Get transport dimensions
- Get an on-site assessment for the crane
- Match the download area to the basic plan
First decision: use and space
Prioritize swimming, rest, and hospitality before drawing. Instead of dedicating the entire garden to the pool, consider the collaboration of circulation, service, shower and seating areas. Access to the technical volume and the route through which the equipment will be transported should also be visible on the site plan.
Compare offers within the same scope
It becomes easier to compare options when excavation, structure, insulation, coating, mechanical installation, electrical, environmental works and commissioning are defined as separate items. See in writing which items the size or material change affects. Application schedule; site access is considered along with drying times and supply.
