Accessible engine room
Actual operating clearance is required to open the filter cover, clean the pump pre-filter and access the valves. Door clearance, drainage and lighting are also part of the maintenance. It is not enough for the equipment to just fit into the plan.
measurable system
When pressure, flow rate and water quality can be monitored, changes can be noticed earlier. If the initial commissioning values are recorded, it will be easier to make comparisons later. Just because a single indicator is “normal” does not prove that the entire system is working correctly.
Correct choice of robot
Robot selection is evaluated by base form, finish, wall cleanliness expectation, pool size and cable access. The robot picks up surface dirt; It is not a substitute for water disinfection or filtration design.
The role of automation
Scheduling and alerts can make daily tracking easier. Since sensors and actuators also require maintenance, a control plan for the system itself must be created. The user is told in which situations he/she should call for service.
Regular registration
Water tests, equipment maintenance dates, filter operations and malfunctions are recorded. The program is organized according to usage intensity. In the commercial pool, operator training and local requirements are also evaluated.
