See the difference in placement
The concrete staircase is planned together with the pool body; Its steps and landing take up part of the usable space in the water. The footprint of the stainless ladder in the pool is smaller, but it requires space for handles and anchors on the edge. In a narrow pool, compare the uninterrupted swimming length left by the two options instead of looking only at the external measurement.
Consider who will use it
The priorities of a family that requires wide steps and a person who mainly uses the pool for swimming training may be different. Concrete stairs alone are not an accessibility solution; Step geometry, grip ability, visibility and user needs are also evaluated. In stainless steel products, the step structure and the manufacturer's usage limits are checked.
Three details to be clarified in the proposal
- In the concrete solution, step dimensions, insulation and edge covering parts are included in the drawing.
- In the stainless solution, the material class, anchor set and installation scope should be clearly written.
- Check the cleaning of the robot, the pool cover and the walking area along with the selected stairs.
Try it in the design tool
You can change the ladder type and save two images with the same pool dimensions. This comparison speaks to appearance and usage preference; Finalizing step dimensions and assembly details are part of the application project.
